Delivery Confirmed
WOX Relay mission planning covers the complete lifecycle of a delivery — from task creation and vehicle assignment through to delivery confirmation and return-to-base. Missions can be created manually or automatically via API integration.
How a Mission Works
Task Creation
A mission is created manually through the WOX Fleet Platform or automatically via API integration with a WMS, ERP or operations system.
Mission Priority
Missions are queued and prioritised. Operators can adjust priority in real time from the fleet platform.
Vehicle Assignment
The platform assigns the nearest available vehicle with sufficient battery and capacity for the mission.
Route Planning
The vehicle follows the pre-mapped route to the origin, collects the cargo and proceeds to the destination.
Delivery Confirmation
On arrival, the recipient confirms receipt through the platform. The mission is closed and logged.
Return to Base
The vehicle returns to its base position or proceeds to the next queued mission. Battery is managed automatically.
Automated Mission Creation
WOX Relay Cloud supports API integration with WMS, ERP, TMS and operations platforms — enabling automated mission creation without manual intervention. When your system identifies a transport need, it can trigger a Relay mission automatically.
